Rotary Club of Sackville bulletin December 20, 2018

ChairDianne led the club in the anthem and a prayer of gratitude, then told us of the annual Christmas tin of biscuits she and Frank had just received from Mizuki, their Japanese exchange student from a few years ago.
Guests: We were happy to meet and welcome Kim Lively, Erin’s mom.
Cheque Presentation: Sackville Early Music happily accepted a Goldmine cheque for $681.50, presented by Pam.
Darrel presented the Curl for Cancer cheque to Erin, in support of the charity bonspiel to be played at the Sackville Curling Club.

50-50 Draw-  If she was looking for some extra Christmas cash, Tammy was denied as she missed out on a couple hundred dollars in this weeks draw.
Many, many thanks to Roxanne for everything she does for us early every Thursday morning.

People are good.
Less is always more.
People are just people.
There is always an opportunity to impact others.
Slow down, life is not a race.
Erin was thanked by Pat on behalf of the club.
The meeting concluded with recitation of the 4-way test.
